General terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ChiefLabLead.pro and related services offered by ChiefLabLead, including the Executive Leadership Academy programs. By registering for programs or using the site, you agree to these terms. The terms describe user responsibilities, account policies, payment terms for paid services, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution procedures.

Users must be eligible to enter into a contract under applicable law and must use the site and services for lawful professional and educational purposes. Enrollment in certain programs may have additional eligibility criteria communicated during registration.
Participants must meet any minimum age required by applicable law to enter into contracts and provide consent for processing personal information. Programs are primarily designed for adult professionals.
Use of the site for unlawful activities, harassment, or content that infringes the rights of others is prohibited. Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of ChiefLabLead.pro.
Certain programs or features may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or logistical constraints. It is the user's responsibility to ensure access to services is permitted in their location.
Accounts and registration
To access certain features or enroll in programs, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. Account access is subject to these terms and any program-specific conditions.
Users must provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and promptly update account information if it changes. Providing false information may result in denial of access or termination of enrollment.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their accounts. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable except where ChiefLabLead expressly consents in writing. Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.

ChiefLabLead may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, where required by law, or to protect other users or the service. Suspensions may affect access to program materials and records.
Service offerings
ChiefLabLead provides leadership development programs, workshops, coaching, and digital resources as described on the website. Specific program features, schedules, and prerequisites are described on program pages and in enrollment materials.
Program content, schedules, and instructors may be updated or changed to reflect continuous improvement, logistical considerations, or regulatory requirements. Participants will be notified of material changes where feasible.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. ChiefLabLead makes reasonable efforts to maintain accessibility but does not warrant uninterrupted access.
Rules of participation
Participants are expected to engage professionally and abide by conduct standards during events and in online forums. The following list summarizes core expectations.
- Respectful and professional conduct toward instructors and fellow participants.
- Compliance with program schedules, attendance policies, and any assignment deadlines.
- Protection of confidential materials and proprietary content shared during sessions.
- No recording or redistribution of course materials without explicit permission.
- Accurate and lawful use of participant-provided information.
- Adherence to any code of conduct provided for in-person or virtual events.
- Cooperation with reasonable requests from ChiefLabLead staff for program administration.
User content and contributions
Participants may submit content such as feedback, questions, or discussion posts in connection with programs. Such submissions may be used by ChiefLabLead for program improvement and delivery.
Users retain ownership of original content they create and submit, subject to the limited license described below. Users should not submit third-party content unless they have the right to do so.
By submitting content, users grant ChiefLabLead a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that content for purposes of delivering, promoting, and improving programs and services, consistent with the user's privacy preferences.
Users are responsible for the content they submit. Submissions must not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. ChiefLabLead may remove content that violates these terms.
ChiefLabLead reserves the right to remove user-submitted content that is unlawful, offensive, or contrary to program objectives. Requests for removal of personal content will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual property
All materials provided by ChiefLabLead, including course content, presentations, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute course materials without authorization.
- Do not remove or alter copyright and proprietary notices on materials.
- Request permission for use of ChiefLabLead activity or logos in external materials.
Paid services and fees
Certain programs and services require payment. Enrollment in paid services is subject to the terms below and any additional program-specific terms provided at registration.
Program fees and pricing are specified on the relevant program pages. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted and include any stated taxes or fees.
Payments may be accepted by credit card, invoicing, or approved third-party payment processors. Payment terms are stated at checkout or in enrollment materials and must be met to secure program participation.
Where subscription-based services are offered, billing frequency and cancellation policies will be disclosed at enrollment. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through the account interface or by contacting support.
Refund eligibility and procedures are set out in program-specific terms. Requests for refunds will be processed in accordance with the stated policy for the program in question.
Participants may cancel enrollment subject to the program's cancellation policy. ChiefLabLead may cancel or reschedule programs; in such cases, options may include credit toward future offerings or refund as described in program materials.
Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their payments unless otherwise indicated. ChiefLabLead will comply with tax reporting obligations as required by law.
ChiefLabLead may adjust pricing for future program offerings. Any price changes will not affect confirmed enrollments unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to paid content and services, and may affect eligibility for future programs until the outstanding amounts are resolved.
Disclaimer
Materials provided by ChiefLabLead are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional advice for specific situations. Participants should consider their own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ChiefLabLead's liability for direct damages arising from use of the service is limited to amounts paid by the user for the applicable service in the preceding 12 months. ChiefLabLead is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Third-party services and content
The site may integrate with or link to third-party tools and services. Use of such third-party services is subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. ChiefLabLead is not responsible for third-party conduct or performance.
Termination and suspension
ChiefLabLead may suspend or terminate access to accounts or programs for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons. Participants will be notified where feasible.
Termination may result in loss of access to program materials and services. Business obligations incurred before termination remain due unless otherwise specified in program terms.
Privacy and data protection
Use of the services is also governed by the ChiefLabLead Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.
Communications
By creating an account or enrolling in a program, users consent to receive administrative communications related to their participation. Marketing communications are subject to consent and opt-out mechanisms as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to terms
ChiefLabLead may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on ChiefLabLead.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. Users agree that courts in Ontario will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
Dispute resolution
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally through discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or litigation in the courts of Ontario as set out in the governing law section.
